HINWEIS: Zahlungsdaten (Kreditkarte, PayPal etc.) werden NICHT von uns gespeichert. Diese werden ausschließlich von Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store) bzw. unserem Payment-Processor RevenueCat verarbeitet.

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Grundlage von:

5. WEITERGABE VON DATEN AN DRITTANBIETER

Ihre Daten werden NICHT an Dritte verkauft oder anderweitig kommerziell genutzt.

Alle Drittanbieter sind vertraglich verpflichtet, Ihre Daten sicher und DSGVO-konform zu verarbeiten.

6. SPEICHERUNG UND LÖSCHUNG

SPEICHERDAUER

• Account-Daten: Bis zur Löschung Ihres Accounts
• Nutzungsdaten: Max. 12 Monate (anonymisiert)
• Kauf-Historie: Gemäß gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungsfristen (max. 7 Jahre)

LÖSCHUNG
Sie können Ihre Daten jederzeit löschen:

• In der App: Einstellungen → Account → „Account löschen“
• Per E-Mail: datenschutz@flowfee.com

Nach Löschung werden alle personenbezogenen Daten unwiderruflich entfernt (außer gesetzlich aufbewahrungspflichtige Kaufdaten).

Unsere Website verwendet Cookies, um das Nutzererlebnis zu verbessern.

• Android: Deaktivierung in Android-Einstellungen → Apps → FLOWFEE → Benachrichtigungen

INTERNET-ZUGRIFF (Android – technisch notwendig)

• Zweck: Synchronisation, Account-Verwaltung, In-App-Käufe
• Diese Berechtigung ist für die App-Funktionalität erforderlich

• Google Play Store: USK 0 / PEGI 3 (entspricht 3+)

Wir erheben wissentlich keine Daten von Kindern unter 13 Jahren ohne Zustimmung der Eltern.

Wir behalten uns vor, diese Datenschutzerklärung bei Bedarf anzupassen, um aktuellen rechtlichen Anforderungen oder Änderungen unserer Dienste gerecht zu werden.

Du kannst dein FLOWFEE-Konto jederzeit löschen.

So löschst du dein Konto:

1. Öffne die FLOWFEE App
2. Gehe zu Einstellungen
3. Scrolle nach unten zu „Account verwalten“
4. Tippe auf „Account löschen“
5. Bestätige die Löschung

Was wird gelöscht?

Bei der Konto-Löschung werden ALLE deine Daten unwiderruflich gelöscht: ✓ Dein Account ✓ Alle Habits und Routinen ✓ Alle Tasks und Projekte ✓ Dein XP-Fortschritt und Level ✓ Deine Premium/Pro-Subscription ✓ Alle Streak-Daten

Löschung ohne App-Zugriff

Falls du keinen Zugriff mehr auf die App hast, kontaktiere uns:

NOTE: Payment data (credit card, PayPal, etc.) is NOT stored by us. This data is exclusively processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store) and our payment processor RevenueCat.

All third-party providers are contractually obligated to process your data securely and in compliance with GDPR.

6. STORAGE AND DELETION

STORAGE DURATION

• Account data: Until deletion of your account
• Usage data: Max. 12 months (anonymized)
• Purchase history: According to legal retention requirements (max. 7 years)

DELETION
You can delete your data at any time:

• In the app: Settings → Account → „Delete Account“

After deletion, all personal data will be irreversibly removed (except legally required purchase data).
